Use this simple exercise to get people to get familiar with Scrum.

Here is a simple scrum exercise that can be used to practice the core principles of the scrum framework:

  1. Verdeel het team in kleine groepen van 3-9 personen.
  2. Geef elke groep een stapel indexkaarten en pennen.
  3. Have each group brainstorm and write down as many ideas as possible for a new product or feature on the index cards. Encourage them to think creatively and not worry about feasibility at this stage.
  4. After a set amount of time (e.g., 20 minutes), have each group present their ideas to the rest of the team.
  5. As a team, use the scrum voting method (e.g., planning poker) to prioritize the ideas. Each team member should have a set of numbered cards (e.g., 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21) and hold up the card that represents their estimate of the relative effort required to implement the idea.
  6. After all ideas have been presented and estimated, create a product backlog by organizing the ideas in order of priority.
  7. The team can then use the product backlog to plan and execute a sprint, using the other core scrum practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint review.

This exercise can be modified to suit the needs and goals of the team. The key is to practice working through the steps of the scrum process in a collaborative and iterative way.Regenerate response
